i bought this headset because of its remote and the noise isolation feature. remote works great (it even works with Pandora and Slacker not to mention blackberry's own music app). the noise isolation is ok but it take a few tries to get it to sit just right in my ear. my biggest complaint about this product is the sound quality. there's practically zero low to mid range and just too much treble. I honest can't use it for more than 30 seconds with Pandora or Slacker or any music app that doesn't have an EQ. the BB music app has EQ controls and the only EQ setting I can use with this headset with barely acceptable quality is 'reduced treble'. but that setting also cuts too much treble. the same headset retails for 80+ at Blackberry site and I can't imagine how pissed off I would have been had I bought this at their website paying the full price. the music quality just plain sucks -- good remote but sounds awful. very disappointed.

I use these on my Storm 2.
They are clear and very loud I run the volume down on my phone which imo is better that running at full volume.
They are far better for clarity than ANY bluetooth product I have tried and I have tried many.
You do have to get used to the wire but again for the performance it is well worth it.
And for the cost you could own several units I have a set in the car and one in the office. -- Blackberry Headset

Although the bud design is not the best thing (seems like a closed type headphone), works excellent for me.
at 45+ $ at Blackberry Stores, I'd only buy it at the 14$ tag I found in Amazon. -- Great option to replace an MP3 player

The product works great except the ear buds keep falling off and if you lose them, then you cant use the headset -- does okay

I can hear just fine. The earpieces are comfortable. People on the other end seem to have a difficult time hearing me. -- Expected higher quality microphone
